FPS in game (Grand Theft Auto 3)
Who has how many fps in the game? It doesn’t rise above 30 for me, and when I record 7-8 fps with fraps: D everything lags, and then when I watch the video there’s no sound, and so in all games I’m zapsing what the hell?And with the limiter, everything is much tighter.
But without it, there are gameplay glitches.
We had a computer in 2008 with a trace. configuration: athlon 64 3000+ processor, radeon x550 video card, asus deluxe motherboard (I don’t remember exactly). I can advise you to reduce the visibility range to a minimum and set a smaller resolution.

Even with a strong computer configuration with the frame limiter disabled, you will not squeeze more than 60 FPS. To find out the actual number of frames, you must also turn off Frame sync (Frame synchronization)
I have 3500 fps in the menu, the image slows down (I don’t even know how to explain it), and the response is normal
