The people do not eat, do not drink, do not buy anything, etc.
Not only you are infuriated by such a system, the presence of a crowd of practically useless merchants, those who have neither money nor goods are especially pleased. There is only one advice, it is much easier to add money to traders, maybe this is not hardcore, but from the point of view of realism it is justified.
