Strange temperature and friezes

The computer shows this temperature, no applications are running.
In games, every couple of minutes there are huge drawdowns in FPS, after that everything is fine.
I did not find the miners, I cleaned the computer from dust, I replaced the thermal paste. What could be the problem? Previously, this was not, and the FPS has always been stable.
