Also, in the Framerate section, check the values ​​of the unlockFPS parameter. From personal experience, I’ll say that unlocking the FPS does not work correctly for everyone, for some it’s normal for others, the game accelerates, for others it starts to lag terribly. I generally recommend unlockFPS 0.
By the way, the enableTextureOverride 1 parameter in the Texture Override Options section is responsible for loading third-party textures. There are quite a lot of them on the Nexus and there are excellent works.
