Where are the Ekimms? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Dear witchers, as mentioned in the subtitle, where do these vampires live?
For the whole game I met only 3, and 2 of them were killed on assignment.
A lot of their skins are needed for alchemy. Can anyone advise, the green places of their habitat?
