problem with alchemy after update 1.5 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

after I installed patch 1.5, I canâ€™t create some potions in the alchemy window. For example: in order to make an excellent swallow, I need 2 vitriol, but I canâ€™t create a second vitriol, it says "you already have this item." also with other components of potions, they cannot be made in 2 quantities. does anyone know the solution?
