Need help mastering Yapped Rune Bear (Elden Ring)

I wanted to adjust the talisman's health regeneration speed, a simple change in SpEffectParam leads to an instant recovery. Does anyone know what other setting needs to be changed?

i need to know how to do it all i get regulation files not the .bin versions even if i change the name and put it in the mod folder in modengine it still does nothing at all even tho i saved it i have no show of what i change of anythang
