this program is installed with MSI Afterburner. It is needed to monitor FPS. In conjunction with it, in MSI Afterburner you can see a graph of how the FPS changed during the game, and how your PC components were loaded at the same time. The thing is very useful.

In the rivateuner, select Global profile (it will show FPS in all games), or add a specific game. Then choose as on the screen, High, and turn on the FPS display
