Problem with crafting large runestones for armor. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello guys, I really need your help. Perhaps someone has already encountered such a problem - I canâ€™t craft large runestones for armor, the artisan does not see my small stones (3 small stones are required to craft 1 large one), and I have more than 20 of them.

if it's a bug, the game is full of big ones, if it's really bad, download the console and make stones for yourself through the console

You can buy ready-made, you can craft. Blacksmiths sell rets on Skellige.
