GPU load jumps in load 0-100
Hello. After the video card burned out, I bought myself a Sapphire rx 480 8 gb nitro oc +.The problem is the following:
In the load, my FPS jumps half the time there-court, and the loading of the gp jumps like a slide, there the court.
At the same time, everything shows well in furmark. I even changed the power supply, the problem is the same
I think that the problem is with the motherboard or with the HDD (I have it old)
Characteristics:
Motherboard: MSI P67A-G45
Processor: i7 2600-k 3.4 ghz (without overclocking)
RAM: 10 GB, 2 dies of 4 and one of 2
Video card: Sapphire RX 480 8 gb nitro oc +
HDD: 1 TB (split into two 500 GB each) it is already a bit old and sometimes you can hear cod
Power supply: Aerocool VX-600W
Here is a test of 5-10 minutes in CS:GO at high, the fps also jumps as well as the GPU load.
If necessary, I will do some more tests
In idle, the indicators are more or less normal, or when you turn off the game

So, the CPU is not controlled. I don’t jump anything in GOW4, the card is RX588, the Ryzen 5 3600X CPU: There
were often jumps when I had a Ryzen 5 1500X. multiplier, so you can drive.
I think the problem is not in the video card, but in this:

I practically have no doubt about it.
At the very least, it's worth starting by throwing out the third 2 gig stick and replacing the crackling hard drive.
Well, overclocking both processor and memory.
It would also be nice to throw a memory. Just don't shove another 2 gig stick. Two dies of 4GB each, you can take Avito for a thousand and a half.

I think one of the problems in a hodgepodge of dice. Preferably a set of dies with the same characteristics. And the cpu is also weak for rx: Intel Core i7-2600K is too weak for AMD Radeon RX 480 on 1920 × 1080 pixels screen resolution for Graphic Card Intense Tasks.
This configuration has 15.6% of processor bottleneck .
Another problem is the old hdd. Start with ssd and swap file on it and play.

and RAM are the first thing to replace. And at least 16GB of RAM, and preferably 32, so that you don’t have to download from the hard drive. Now the games are eating 20-24. Then the SSD

See what a funny moment comes out, look at what frequency my RAM is running...
Slayter2033
And what should be surprising here? everything correctly shows you 666=1332! more questions?

RAM running in 2-channel mode doubles the bandwidth (displayed frequency) by 2 times. For example, I have a DDR-3 1600 (PC3-12800) running at 800 MHz.
PS Screenshots of programs are desirable to spread as separate images, and not on the desktop - so you can see better.
Example:
SonyK_2
Kartonkratos
Actually, not quite so. There is no dependence on two-channel. Even one bar for 1600 in CPU-Z will show 800 MHz. DDR memory has 2 speed indicators - real and effective. The real one in this case is 800 MHz, and the effective one is 1600. And all because DDR is a double data rate, that is, a double data transfer rate, the memory transmits data 2 times in 1 cycle.

Well, it's clear that one will also show 800 = 1600 or 666 is 1332, they just gave him an example!

The load jumps because the processor does not have time to prepare frames for the video card

Judging by the old games, the percentage is also resting. Possible software glitch.

. Tritely low fps and that's it.

yes, good luck with it...

But the disk can be overloaded with requests. Apparently, on it and Windows is worth and the game.

Denis knows very well how much the game really needs. 10 gigs bottom bottom.
AGAIN War Thunder as an example. Not okay. There is no processor temperature yet, look.

So why is gp loading jumping so much then?
Lack of card data, as an option. And that's why - the disk does not export data fitting, RAM, well, 10 gigs of sadness is a disaster, processor overheating. Somewhere you can drip in this area. But I think the memory is picked for a reason. The percentage here is weak, but nothing to do with it, even a minimum without jerks should provide.

Clean old drivers through DDU, and all unnecessary garbage. There could be a conflict.

It doesn't have screenshots with GPU/CPU loads in GOW2018.AMD cards are processor-
dependent Slayter2033
There is another option: change the card to Nevidia:
Look at the video, it has CS:GO.Only CPU and RAM are needed for overclocking
