FPS drops on a good PC (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)
The problem is FPS drops in cities and other busy locations. My build is 6700xt, 11400f, 16gb 1920x1080The game is installed on an M2 SSD, at any settings in such locations the drawdown is up to 50 fps. The processor is loaded at 4380 frequency, everything is fine, while the video card is loaded only at 50-60%, the processor at 40-60% The whole problem lies in the fact that the video card is not fully loaded.
This happens only in 2 games of Odyssey and Origins (Same situation) In the same Valhalla, the map is 99% and 100+ fps in any locations. The main joke is that when I increase the resolution, the scaling in the game is up to 120-200%, the video card starts working at 99% and gives out the same 50 fps. (Vertical, fps limit is off) I tried everything I can, I can’t find a solution to the problem on the Internet, maybe if someone came across, help solve the problem,
I emphasize that such crap is only in Odyssey and Origin, in other games everything is perfect (that the Syndicate, Unity and Valhalla are ideally suited for 90-110 fps.

This jacket brought the suitcases so that AMD cards do not work well in these games. His cunning knows no bounds! I can only advise you to add in-game resolution, the map will be better loaded.
Found an example on YouTube with your map from one of these games.

Delirium.
Queenessy What is the
frequency of the RAM and what are the timings?

When I turn on 160-180%, nothing changes except for the workload of the video card, it starts working at 80-99%, but the FPS is the same with drawdowns under 45-50 frames..

Drivers. Try to start with them - tear them down and put them on, you can simply try another version.
There are other options, they write on reddit that there is such a problem with AMD drivers. Check in not in full screen, but in windowed frameless. In general, run the request and the topic on reddit, there is a similar one.
However, above Lex-one dug in the right direction, and I'll just ask. The memory is correctly set to the second and fourth (although, earlier, when set to 1 and 3, it could not start), and of course you have two sticks in dual-channel mode. I think yes, but just in case.

Memory 2 and 4, drivers changed to different ones 4-5 times. now standing penultimate - sense 0 :s
Here is a visual representation of what is happening in Alexandria in Origin.
Full ultra. 1080p, Scale 100%

Your processor does not have time to prepare frames, and why, you need to find out.

Here's what, if this is a license, then disable the Ubisoft Connect overlay (or check, chop off the extra chips). There are complaints about poor performance with it.
But here you clearly have problems. The card is cold and resting. I'll just remind you again that if there was an NVIDIA card before, then the drivers must be removed via DDU! So that there are no traces and conflicts.

The most important thing is to use DDU in safe mode.
I just got 6600 xt from alik (works on pci-e 2.0) + i5-8600k(stock) + 16gb ram + game on SSD = 50-70 fps at maximum speeds (2560x1440p), no freezes, etc.

Completely new PC, everything was installed from scratch. License, overlay disabled))

I don't even know. honestly already, in other games, again, everything is fine, with Origin and Odyssey here is such a hat ((
Queenessy
Not only, other games will behave this way too, like WD 2, kingdom come and others. It's been a well known topic for a long time.

Yes, I also noticed where DX11 is buried there for some reason, in cyberpunk (d12), RDR 2 (volcano) on full ultras I have 80-90 fps, the same witcher on d11 goes to 98-99% of my map and 130-150fps... I don't know what the hell.
Arevac I
just don't get it......What's wrong with me if everything works smoothly for you

Try installing DXVK. This thing converts dx9/10/11 calls to Vulkan API calls.
If I'm not mistaken, the installation process consists in throwing the desired file into the folder with the game's EXE.

There, just in version 0.95, they increased the processor performance for the Odyssey.

There may be some lag while the game is compiling shaders.
After the patch in the origin, something was wrong with the optimization, before the patch the FPS was higher. I don’t know for the Odyssey, everything seems to be normal. Either the game is not right, or with hardware .. Somewhere I read they say ubeysoft under amd games are sharpened .. I don’t know if it’s true or not .. But with such a configuration as in my profile, I play on full hd with maximum graphics, the card is loaded with 90% and sometimes less.
