Movie strips on version 1.03 (Assassin's Creed: Revelations)

Hello everyone, please tell me how to remove these cinematic stripes on version 1.03, I tried everything, nothing helps, I found a patch, but it's only for version 1.01, what should I do?

Hear people before asking for help, at least show the screen and specify your config. By the fact that many games donâ€™t remember this, and if they do, then they donâ€™t have such problems.
