Minimum system requirements

Dear, the minimum requirements are known, but there are statements from comrades that 6GB of RAM is the norm. I ask actually not for myself, but for my niece from the village.
Her computer is rubbish out of it, only a good 9800GTX
I have an X2 250 Athlon (you can buy a percentage up to AMD Athlon II X4 640)

9800GTX is to throw in the trash the game will not even start, since it requires Directx 11. And this video card is a maximum of Directx 10.
Even if you buy a new (used) percent for the socket, then the probability that something will change is zero.
6 gigs of RAM is not enough at the present time, you need at least 12 or more.
