Would you like to make 100 levels in DotA, come up with a complex talent tree, add more slots, at least 8 or 10. And the possibility of restoring at least barracks, and possibly towers? Balance?Is it possible to expand the map, make a complex intricate forest map and move the lanes further away from each other?

What for ? What would the matches last not 30-50 minutes, but 3-5 hours? And this is without the possibility of prematurely exiting the game without receiving punishment.
Who wants to play and watch this?
It's kind of the same as making battlefield-sized cards in the CS and not 16 rounds, but, for example, 54. Absurd, pointless.
