Crashes after entering the game

2 Days ago, Fallout 4 started crashing after entering the game. The splash screen passes, I press continue and abruptly crashes, without window errors and so on. At that time, I had mods: American Rising, Smokeable Cigars - Cigarettes, MinuteMan Overhaul, MinuteMan las stand. Interestingly, before that everything worked fine, the mods did not conflict with themselves or with the game files. After removing ALL mods the game works fine. Can you suggest a way to deal with this?
