3060 also has 6GB of memory, while the 3070 has 8GB.
In a couple of years, most likely, the 3060 will have to be set to the average texture quality. Even now, 6 GB of memory is enough back to back at high settings.
The choice depends on whether it's a pity to overpay for higher quality textures and slightly higher performance.
If the laptop is taken for 5 years or will work with an external monitor at 1440p, then I would choose 3070, if for 2-3 years at 1080p, then 3060 is enough.
Even when buying, check the screen, touchpad, cooling. Unfortunately, this laptop sometimes has a cooling defect (a crooked radiator does not fit well).
