Power Armor Body Distortion

Sometimes in battle, the companion wears power armor, which was not in her inventory. When this armor is removed from her, her body is completely distorted. I have to go back to the save before this fight.
What can be done so that the companion does not wear armor? Or you will have to remove such a companion.

I wanted to delete all power armor files in the game, but I did not find such files. I found out that such a distortion of the body due to power armor is a bug and is related to the features of the engine.
