Spell visual effects not showing
The visual effects of the spells are not displayed, i.e.: for example, on the video, various spells look much more beautiful, but I just have a hand and just a sound happens, but the special effects are minimal, that is, if I direct my hand with a fire or frost spell, some prints just appear on the wall and that's it. more or less only electricity is displayed (what to do help in the settings I tried everything even patch 1.3.10 downloaded and installed nothing has changed.PS: no need to write the wrong spells, I tried all the spells since I opened all the spells with a cheat.

By the way, I even downloaded the mod with spells from the site and on the screenshots from the creator on the screenshots they looked beautiful and I have garbage ((just a hand and a sound (((

I had this after installing the fix with Esbern, after removing it, everything became normal.
