Problems with experience in quests Patch - 1.04 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

If I'm not mistaken, then in those who have a level higher / lower than yours by 5-6

The recommended level of passage is -/+5 relative to the level of your character. If the level exceeds the recommended by 6, then the exp is not given.
If I'm not mistaken, only from the story quest, you can get at least some exp if the level of the Persian is higher than the recommended one by 6. Correct me if I'm wrong)

Are there any quests in the game for which experience should not be given?

in 1.05 they will fix a bug with experience, it will be released in a couple of days

And it seems to me that killing animals and ghouls does not give exp. I'm at the very beginning of the game, is it supposed to be like this or is it just a little given for killing?
