High King Torug (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Yes, he just wanders along the roads there, like everyone else. But, in my opinion. he doesn't say anything. When I first went to Sovngarde. he said that Ulfric had killed him with a cry. Then I booted up. came in again, and he only shouted for help, and that the dragon would eat everyone.

Also, in theory, in Sovngarde you can meet Ulfric himself, and also Kodlak. If they died before passing this quest.

"Ulfric Stormcloak killed the High King Torug with his cry" - when playing Skyrim, you can hear this repeatedly from NPCs.
If someone wants to know what Torug looked like, he will find him in Sovngarde.

It's a pity Ulfric is in Sovngarde, I would have sent him to Oblivion, he deserved it after all for his attacks against the Outcasts and the Empire.
