Do I need to remove ads on bulletin boards (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

As you know, some bulletin board notes don't give quests, they just fill the inventory. The question is whether they need to be removed from the boards in order to make room for ads with quests

When you first approach the board, there are quests on it. In subsequent times, there appears all sorts of useless information. In this case, the icon on the map turns white instead of yellow.
