What affects FPS? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
I have a pretty top-end PC (GTX980, intel core i-7 4970K 4GHz and 16 GB of RAM) and here in the witcher at max fps settings 50-60 (sometimes it sags up to 40) in scenes generally up to 30 can. There are several questions1. Is this number of fps normal?
2. Can the fps depend on the fact that I, for example (maybe) did not correctly install the video card, as an example.
3. What affects FPS the most?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Aaaaaa. What the fuck new tech. process? New architecture in 980. And the witcher goes at least 58 frames. And what growth? Improve performance with patches. Remove hairworks and get 80+ frames.

With your configuration, everything is ok, the fps is normal, it should be so, and the cutscenes and videos in this game are locked at 30, and yes, I have exactly the same conf, only it will be correct not 4970K, but 4790K)), by the way, you can BIOS, it’s safe to drive it, at least at 4.4GHz and up to 4.6GHz, it will work without increasing watts and it can also take up to 120V in heavy loads, well, that’s okay, but in the game, everything is exactly as amator666 wrote and you will be happy)
