Famously at the well (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In the task Likho at the well; I jump into the well, dive, then swim out and the game immediately crashes! Who has any guesses?

Don't jump into the well. There, somewhere below the village, I swam out into the lake. Try to get there from the lake.

didn't help, it turns out that when I emerge from any water, it crashes for me :)

Try lowering the water quality. What conf though? Normal?
