Guys, how do finishing animations work? [Answer] (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, I can not understand how finishing moves work. I often saw colorful chopping off of heads, piercing, etc. But in my 12 hours of playing, I only saw this animation 2 times by some miracle. I really want to understand how it works and meet it more often!

Well, as I understand it, itâ€™s purely random or somehow connected with adrenaline, but in general, weaker opponents are more inclined towards a beautifully severed head)

Most likely, in my experience, there is a chance of finishing with a beautiful effect when dodging an opponent's blow. Dodged when the enemy's health was almost zero, finished it off, got a nice animation :D
