Installing cars in traffic (City Car Driving)

Hi all. Can someone please explain how to install the downloaded machine in traffic? I'm talking about cars that do not have traffic settings in physics, where and what needs to be registered in order for it to appear in traffic. And also how to install downloaded police cars in traffic, do I need to add something else there, or is the principle the same?
