\"An error occurred while saving your game\" (Doom Eternal)

Almost a year ago, I went through Doom Eternal and did not come across such an error, however, it seems that no one has encountered this problem, so I am publishing it here.
I contacted Bethesda support and got no response.
During the passage of the chapter, it periodically gives this error, and after completion it hangs with data processing and does not skip to the next level.
The same situation with the choice of task, an error without starting the level.
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this confusion?
