Hello players, please help. (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

the situation is this: a passenger car (and trucks too) at a speed of 80+ barely turns, it is unrealistic to drive. rummaged through the entire Internet, but did not fix the situation. What is strange is that this garbage does not always happen. I can drive normally for an hour without this thing, and such game starts abruptly. Restarting both the game and the computer does not help.
this is how it looks, it clearly shows that the car is almost impossible to taxi at high speed.
I've been fiddling with the game settings many times and nothing seems to help.
