Many games on Unreal engine 4, originally running on dx12 and with win10 in min. requirements work quietly on 7-ke with rendering through dx11. As written in the comment above - you prescribe the -dx11 parameter to the properties of the game's exe file and the engine uses dx11 rendering. After that, the game starts and runs smoothly.
