Lack of zoom settings (Cyberpunk 2077)

My build is not perfect, but something can. Amd radeon rx6500xt video card, Processor. Ryzen3 2200g.
And here's the question, earlier in the settings there was a scaling item with which you could conveniently remove or add soap in the chart.
Now there is no such setting and at 90fps and high graphics settings I have a constant soap before my eyes.
Please help me solve the problem, otherwise I will tear out my eyes, I can't do this anymore.
