libscepad_x64.dll is missing (Dying Light)

There is no dll, I searched in the Internet - I did not find it. Who can tell where to get it? Or maybe someone will post it?

If you bought in Steam, then check the cache and the missing file will be loaded automatically.
If pirated, then reinstall the game.
