Restored steam acc

Such a question restored the steam acc after the theft (it was stolen about 3 years ago), the support restored the entire acc and everything is in order. BUT now I have other paid games on my account, and even a couple of bucks. Can the scammer who made purchases and deposited money into the account return it back to himself????

No. You restored the caliper.
Now leave the main protection at the maximum.

But he also bought a game (another one), maybe he has a CD-key, and there are definitely payment details - and these are already a couple of ways to restore Steam acc.?

He stole the account, and you restored it through the support service. These are different things. At the very least, his application will arouse suspicion in the support service. The account will be left to the one to whose email address it was originally registered, i.e. on your.

Can he return the board games to himself?

No. Steam does not in any way support the transfer of any games or content from account to account. Only what is in the inventory through the exchange.

That is, all this freebie is mine and you can not worry?

In principle, yes. The main thing is to turn on the maximum protection - steam guard and all that.
