As for the fate of Temeria, as I understand it, it will be quickly captured by the Nilfgaard Empire, so it doesn’t matter what we decide with it. Weapons and armor were carried over from the first part, but for balance, their characteristics were not very good. But after all, the player can be "encouraged / punished" during the game, for his decisions in the previous parts. For example, in the form of gifts from the relatives of the characters, whom we will meet not only at the beginning of the game, but throughout the third part, whose fate we changed with our choice.
