The radio doesn't work! Help. (Saints Row (2022))

The radio does not work, there is no music. A couple of times I heard the radio host in the car, but I suspect that this is from a script, because I no longer heard him. There is no music in either the car or the phone. At the beginning of the game, during the first chase, Sound of da Police played for a short time and that's it. Repack from Torrent Igruha.
