Quest bug "Survivor" (Prey (2017))

residential section. Quest "survivor", the cook asks me to fill up the telepath, I kill, I go to the marker. The window should open and the cook should give a pass from his cabin - but it does not open. Maybe you can get a pass with a cheat? Or somehow reset the quest?
The game is an EGS license.
