Blackout during movement (Cyberpunk 2077)

Hi all. FPS in the game is high, the card is 1660 super. But for some reason, while moving the mouse, that is, looking around, as well as while moving, there are some blackouts on the screen. Tell me what's the matter? Maybe in the video card or what? I haven't noticed this in other games.

If you download fsr mods, take the trouble to study the comments where the file was downloaded. The answer is there. Chew them all and put them down. Generation OK Google.
