Microfreezes (Evil Dead: The Game)

I have microfreezes in my game.
FPS 90-120, but playing with friezes is not comfortable.

Has anyone experienced this?
There are no overheatings and trollings, I checked everything for errors, everything is normal.
In the game, I even set the mood to low, but nothing changed.

Earlier there were friezes, but at the very beginning of the game for 10 seconds and then everything is normal.
Now it is stable, especially if you just turn the mouse.
