Terrible FPS drop after update (Phasmophobia)

Before the update, everything was ok, 120-180 fps in the truck and 70-80 in the building (sometimes drawdowns up to 60, which is also not very ok on my assembly).
After the update, something terrible happened.
40 fps in a van, 60 fps in a building and 20-30 fps when carrying a camera, of course you can close your eyes to this. But even if I put on the minimum, nothing will change.

The problem is rather in the update, after it the load on my video card fell from 50-60 to 30-40.
