1949 either freezes (0fps), then droops, and so on alternately, 3 seconds of norms, 10 seconds nothing works (hangs). The computer is smart: I9 9900, 24GB of RAM and 3090ti. Didn't install any mods. If you load earlier saves, everything works fine. Reducing the resolution, lock fps 50Hz and degrading the quality of the graphics, too, all without changing. Pirate.
