This is fine?

For stock DDR5 memory, these are standard numbers.

So everything is fine.

Do you have two channels? I just have a single channel and the latency almost jumps up to 120.
Do you think switching to dual channel will help?

Of course, who in their right mind is sitting on a single channel now? two-channel is needed unequivocally, and delays are associated with frequency and timings

to Beavis, play around with the memory settings, just watch the voltage on the protsak, some mothers start to overestimate them when overclocking the memory

Well, I have a four-channel display with 2 bars, and if one bar is inserted, then a two-channel.

Yes, I somehow don’t really understand overclocking, so I’ll leave it as it is. Moreover, everything is fine in games.

Thanks for the answer, RAM frequency 3200, timings 22 22 22 54, CPU-Z says that these timings are suitable for 1600, and I plan to buy a second chip this month.
