The game is not completely installed (Elden Ring)

I bought the game on ps4 through a Turkish account
When I download the game, it starts to load 45 gb
After 2 minutes it changes to 14 gb
In the game itself, after completing the tutorial, when I try to go out into the world
, it gives a message that the game is not fully installed
Tell me the solution to this problem
