\"New Place\" does not continue quest (Cyberpunk 2077)

here on the map there is a small hut and an inscription under it, named "Jason Wildriver", who got aggroed at me and I killed him safely, but the mark did not disappear and the quest did not advance further.
went to the wiki and found this Jason by name.

judging by the description, the NPC is involved in the order / robbery of the MIA (???)
what to do is not clear, the whole house is closed. there is no power on the gates and doors.
