Stickybombs don't explode in tbogt (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Hello everyone, I recently started playing The ballad of gay tony, and I came across a problem, I throw Velcro and then press "down" to explode, but nothing happens, I can't complete the mission because of this, I tried to assign other keys but it doesn't work out , what to do?
