Character skills are not removed (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

after updating the game, I noticed that at the sight of an enemy, Geralt cuts himself out! his health decreases by itself! when updating the game, all mods and extra scripts were removed

it was in the save! Everything was unlocked for skills! I tried a cloud of the savef Geralt loses health at the start of the battle with the enemy! HP completely disappears in 5 seconds and Geralt dies
