Crashes after Next Gen update (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
After the update, it crashes right after the splash screen. card 2060 super. memory 16g. percent ryzen 5 2600.Normally so updated, can someone tell me what's wrong?
Evil in the flash is
shorter with tracing crashes, but without it it's normal. That's just it's normal or the card does not take out?

Most likely the bugs of the game, even if the card does not take out, then I think it should not fly out anyway, the maximum drawdown of fps.
In general, my PC goes into reboot periodically, the rays are turned off, firewood is just for the witcher
In short, you need to roll back to 1.32, because it crashes with tracing, on ultra drawdowns. With mods for graphics 1.32, it was better for me.
Updated the game (steam), updated firewood (rtx 3060ti). Poots i5-10400F, 32 RAM.
The game was freshly
installed. Launched on DX12. Everything works, nothing crashes. True, I had to turn off ray tracing, because. with them in the rooms it is dark and the picture twitches and slows down during the rain. Much better without them.
According to the schedule, the number of people and shadows is "prohibitive", the rest are "prohibitive +", DLSS is turned on "balanced". In 2k it gives out from 70 to 110 fps. V-sync is disabled because Monique with G-SYNC.
There are no complaints for the first day. Almost passed the White Garden. Bugs did not notice. Unless in training, Vesemir hung with the quen, I had to roll back.
I would advise you to completely reinstall, tk. the old version included a bunch of artbooks and other rubbish not used for the game. And after a clean install, everything is as it should be.
I checked it for 1080 rays and to my surprise I got 30-35 frames)
Without the best in dx11 ~ 144 frames, in dx12 ~ 115 frames.
For the sake of interest, I tried to put FidelityFx from cyberpunk - it didn’t take off (
My config is i7-9700, 1080ti, 32gb RAM.
Mr_Mansi Just
a second.... And how did you check the beams on 1080Ti...?
Or is it so, just set the settings?
On topic: I agree completely. Performance to hell. Before the update 150-180 fps. (3070Ti)
After the update - some incidents with a drawdown of frames. 30-40 fps

I removed ray tracing in short, Nvidia Reflex removed it seems to be playable, but this is of course complete garbage, on version 1.32 in ultra settings everything flew, besides, I still didn’t understand what dlss gives, while the card is loaded by 70 percent maximum and fps draws 45-75 frames, you have to roll back.

Also encountered this, with on. tracing, the game crashes. I think we should expect a fix from developers or modders
Lord Turbodestroyer
approximately found a solution! when you turn on the RT, wait 2 seconds and press esc should not crash (for me)
xs what they did, but it crashes at the beginning when you approach Visemir at the training ground. cut off everything that is possible, do not care.
I tried to skip the tutorial (do not run along the walls) and immediately crash.

bro, I have the same build, but the fps drops to 40. It's unpleasant to play, could you throw off the gameplay with the fps monitor, I'll see why I have such a low fps? I will be grateful
Krch, such a problem. Updated the Witcher 3 and went into it. Tipo went to the menu and started loading the save. As a result, the image is loaded and crash! What to do !?
Neznayka
in Pascals allowed to enable tracing with terrible drawdowns, well, in fact it works on a chip, and not on RT cores, so there will be no DLSs, there will only be rays without FPS
