Artifacts

Changed monitor and graphics card. Fromsoftware games started to show artifacts when moving the camera. They are not visible on the screenshots. They look like very small vertical stripes or a grid, most noticeable in the fog. No other game has such artifacts. These stripes or grid, I don’t know how to describe, are barely noticeable, only if you look closely at the monitor. Tried googling something similar but couldn't find anything. Maybe it's a problem with the monitor or with the video card? But if it was a problem with the video card, then in other games it would be the same. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? aoc q27g2s monitor, rtx 3080 graphics card if that matters.
