Twins/Twins (The Sims 4)

Can Sims have twins (of the same sex) that are 100% different from each other? (i.e. different eye color / skin color / voice tone, etc.)
(Background to the question: my Sims simply produced quite a few children (52), among them there were several twins, some had to be settled separately from each other , over time I decided to find these twins, but I found only 1 pair (100% similarity), aging is disabled for my sims, so I can’t calculate by days.😑)
