Witcher equipment (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Greetings. The problem is this, I replay the game, put the mod on the increased threshold of the resulting level of 1000. Now I’m level 147 and I really want to wear witcher armor! But their level is limited.
There is a mod that adjusts the found equipment to the level of the GG, but this does not work on witcher equipment, even a low level of gear is added through the console ... Is there any way to increase (register) the max level of witcher equipment? Manticore armor max lvl 70
Maybe in the game files (but which ones) or a mod that I have not yet met (but which one)?
