Mod folder problem (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Without a mod folder, the game goes on, but after creating it and placing some kind of mod in it, it hangs after clicking apply. It happened by itself after a couple of hours of playing. wanted to add a mod

The game will run without this folder as well. when you start the game, it recreates all the folders and files it needs along the path that I indicated above.
