How to download Russian translation from nexus? (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I downloaded the main mod file and its Russian translation under 31KB. I included it in vortex, in conflicts I set that the translation is included after the main mod, but the mod remains in English. Maybe the files from the translation should somehow be thrown into the main one?

In theory, everything should work, you can try to manually upload the translation ESP to the game folder and confirm the replacement, so enable it in the manager.
