Problem with FPS in games: GTA 5, cyberpunk, etc.FPS doesn't want to go above 20, no matter what graphics settings I set, it's always around 20 FPS. The processor seems to be 100% loaded, and the temperature is only 26 degrees. If anyone knows, please help solve the problem.
